The effects of blue light was first noted as a mind control mechanism when casinos were being developed. This is why I wear amber or red lenses when looking at screens and at night. At the least, blue light disrupts circadian rhythm and this leads to time passing without comprehension. This is why modern people struggle with insomnia and inflammatory issues- they are looking at TVs, monitors and cell phones after the sun goes down. Once the sun is down the Pineal gland and all of the cells in our body will naturally start releasing Melatonin, which is a powerful antioxidant on top of being a sleep aid. This process is easily disrupted by any kind of artificial light over 30 lux, but especially effected  long-term when there are blue light exposures after dusk. This is the cause of cancers. Our modern health issues such as obesity, cardiovascular issues, blood sugar issues, depression, anxiety, autoimmunity could all be resolved by avoiding the wrong exposures to light and emfs and instead subjecting ourselves to natural sunlight throughout the day. There is a reason they want to block the sun. Its the antidote to blue light toxicity.

GOD Bless everyone , this is one of the best Christian show's out there , the knowledge the history , i love history , and thought o was eell read on everything , unfortunately however i have been in a fallen state for many years and jusy recently came to the understanding that our FATHER is real , ee are HIS creation and that the LORD JESUS CHRIST is our Savior and not just some good man who walked amongst us . Now because of this show along with Jacob Israel , and a few other's i am receiving so much information and truth and knowledge that is truly helping me on my search for CHRIST and i really need to do more ots just so hard with eork taking care of my wife my grandson and elderly mother i am 52 and its still so easy for me to slip into my old behavior i pray for our LORD'S forgiveness everyday multiple times a day and hopefully you all will pray with me for not only mine but everyone's salvation .  So yea its because of this show and a couple other's out there that i have any guidance at all so im sure our FATHER brought me to you  all and i am so grateful for this and everything i never appreciated before but do and am learning to appreciate in my life that im so Repentant for not realizing i had so many amazing gifts from GOD and i should jave been giving HIM all the GLORY because it truly is HIS gifts to me , i now know this . Sorry for being so long winded , i am just so far behind and struggling to climb out of the darkness and truly know now that i need real Grace and  forgiveness from GOD and CHRIST our LORD , o do repent , again may GOD bless and keep each and every one of tou , and i pray for all of you , please pray for the LORD to forgive me and to come onto my heart , to Forgive me for my sin .
