So glad I live in a country without tip culture, absolutely insane for the bar tender to have to rely on tips for their wages, in my country we just you know pay the bar tenders a fair wage…

I’m tempted not tip purely for seeing the entitlement of these guys. A tip is earned for going above and beyond in my book. Getting a beer out the fridge and popping the cap off or pouring a pint and walking over with it is not earning you a tip from me. That’s the bare minimum. Making me feel good and welcome then yes you will get a tip
