He is lying. There is no fees for NDA. Whatever is the kharcha is on your own personal requirements. You are not allowed to keep ATM card/ money with you that’s why you deposit with academy and in return academy gives it to you for your monthly expenses. Believe me i have been there.

NDA ki koi fees nahi hoti hai सिर्फ aur सिर्फ form की fees होती है जो.100 to 150 से ज्यादा नहीं होती और वो भी किसी किसी की free हो जाती hai
