Definitely I am more aligned with being an OBM, but I started my company as a VA. I am making a plan to move into the OBM world-and part of that is your help! I realize you have the school and I have checked it out! Do you have any videos about moving from the VA company to an OBM?

Sarah, it’s so funny because I’ve been following you for ages and this is the first time I’ve watched your video! I’m like, “what the heck am I doing all these years?!” I’ve been in a rut because I don’t what I’m doing with my life and business, been in a analysis-paralysis and imposter syndrome for a verrrry long time! And when you mentioned all these qualities of an OBM it’s like I feel fire in my heart and excitement and a sense of purpose realizing that I’ve already been doing it. I just didn’t realize it. So THANK YOU SO MUCH for putting this video out here, you have no idea the kind of hope and encouragement you’ve given me. ❤️

Haha I swear I niche on relationships too, that is what my clients love the most about me, that I get them, that I listen to them and ask or do things that make them feel 'heard' and like you it came as a surprise, as for me it is a 'given'.

Thanks so much for the video. Will dig into more content. I do a lot of the coaching side of things already (Cameron Herold's visioning process is awesome, I base a lot of my processes from the life and performance coaching industry), with a speciality in sales but the SOP implementation piece is missing. Would love to add that to my offering.
