@CircuitBread

Check out the written tutorial this is based on: https://www.circuitbread.com/tutorials/what-is-a-zener-diode-and-how-does-it-work - Susie did a great job and has more detail about Zeners and their specifications. Enjoy and have a great day!

9/10 for quality content. Subtracted 1 point since this was released during finals week and not before.

Hello Professor
Thank you so much for your interesting lessons and excellent explanation, i do appreciate your job.
I wish you peace and happiness under the sky of prosperity.
All the best .
Take care and have a good time.

@Buzzhumma

Well explained bro! 👍🏻

@koalajazz5337

Why does the diode work normally while in forward bias. Should the heavy doping affect the barrier potential?

@CarsSimplified

Good stuff, and great editing!

@silverspin

Congrats on 100k Subscribers <3

@AdrianGonzalez777

I wanted to see how the toasted bread came out of the toaster

@tengisdashmunkh1787

How does a higher doping concentration reduce the width of the depletion region? And why would a thinner depletion region have more intense electric field?

@dingski_diy

hi, nice tut, can i use zener diode to clamp the voltage output to 5.1v 50ma from a 72v input?

@kartiknagrale1479

Can you please make a video on photodiode?

@jesalkotak5595

Why the breakdown is not a permanent damage to the device and the diode can be used again in the reversed condition?
Btw Very nicely explained through animations.

@xinlee6772

Great content

@SanjayKumar8483tan

I liked  it  !!

@shaus81

The scene from Braveheart where Mel Gibson is holding back the warriors before attack. This is what I imagine is actually happening in a Zener diode. There's a little speck of Mel in there.

@sdomermpc1

Animation .put some animation , we want to see it's working. Put oscilloscope on the screen to show how voltage changes for different voltage and current , ac, dc. input to output

@astrokayjarvis1388

Still waiting for the ending pop up
