So his pay package was unfathomable for the CEO but not unfathomable for the attorneys of the plaintiff.
Protesting is protected speech. Vandalizing or destroying property is criminal. Shooting up or fire bombing a building, thought to be unoccupied, (high risk of harm to people) for political purposes flirts with terrorism. Intending harm to people for political purposes is terrorism. Tread carefully here. We went through a whole phase where a whole lot of plain vandalism was labeled "Eco Terrorism". We already have a well established legal framework for dealing with these incidents.
Picked up my 2026 Model Y Launch Series last Saturday at Gigafactory-Austin. Came out perfect this time (third Tesla so far). Smoother, quieter, more power. Had FSD on my first Tesla and felt it was more stressful than it was worth. This time, FSD works like a charm. I’m impressed. Can’t wait for unsupervised to be approved in my area. Glad people are supporting Elon and Tesla.
Talking about being a joke... So violence (which I don't agree with, mind you) against private companies is considered terrorism, but storming the capitol, ransacking the place, assaulting police officers is 'free speech'?
but you have to understand the mental gymnastics people will go through to justify their hate and evil acts
Politics are destroying all of my favorite YouTube channels! So sad. 😞
Personally I’d rather Tesla be non political as that gives them access to 100% of the market and not just 50%. Being only a MAGA car is not an asset no matter how you spin it. This issue is even worse if you live in Canada or the EU where MAGA, and Musk by association, are attacking their economies and in the case of Canada threatening to annex them. Clearly a tough sell in those regions. I am a long time Tesla owner and shareholder btw.
Dillon - you have integrity and I know you'll tell the truth. Tesla board members are selling their stock. Are they not confident in FSD and robots? Why would they be selling? We need a video on this. Thanks
Cybercab lookin’ badass w the black wheels
Isn’t political violence easily equated with terrorism?
You showed a picture of Tesla's mission statement to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy. The Trump administration has said it will not approve wind turbines, may not approve photovoltaics in the desert (probably the cheapest energy on earth) and wants to reopen shuttered coal plants. Teslas running on fossil fuel energy does not further the mission. Nor does a trade war that makes graphite and rare earth metals harder to get. Condemning the ignorant destroying of property is the correct view, but you are ignoring actions leading to far greater environmental destruction (as Elon Musk used to talk about in a previous incarnation).
YESSS buy a Tesla, support US auto workers
I’ve yet to meet any Republicans around here who don’t hate EVs (but many Democrats who love EVs and now refuse to buy a Tesla). Hope that will change. We’ll see…
A search for "Buy a Tesla" will of course capture "Don't buy a tesla" and "Never buy a tesla"
Loading Up. When others are fearful, I get aggressive.
Disappointed in all the politics here after following for Tesla for a long time.
Thanks Loomis for clear headed comments against vandalism towards car dealers.
I've justified everything Elon is doing politically - but when he told Kelly on X, "You're a Traitor", with no explanation, I'm finally at a loss to explain this disrespectful remark. Elon, if you know something about Kelly then tell us - if not, you sound like you lost your mind attacking this Vet/Astronaut, just because he has different priorities than you.
The neighbor to the North is realigning its future trade partners. Instead of relying only on the US. Canada is looking across both ponds to find more reliable trade partners. Good move Canada! I support Canada.
