Yep, bloating means fermentation in the gut which our bowels were not made to handle. Overeating is the biggest culprit. And maybe show an after picture to see how it worked out?

Bloating IS NOT NORMAL! I Cut up on gluten and sugar , even though i am not intollerant at all according to my lab findings, and i’m never ever getting bloated no matter how much i eat. Each and every time i eat carbs from time to time, i’m bloated again. My face is not puffy anymore . I never feel sleepy after a meal anymore. 14% bodyfat, even though i’m very well built, but it’s just muscle. I wish white bread disappears forever, so that everyone can feel so amazing

Can you make more videos on bloating? It’s really been affecting how I see myself and just seeing u make content like this makes me feel heard. I see all these girls with flat stomachs and when I don’t eat to get that flat stomach it drains my energy.

I eat artifical sweeteners... in the Halo ice-cream are artificial sweeteners too. I call erythritol an artifical sweetener also... and from scientific point of view they are safe to eat happily 😊
