You can use Inkscape, which is an excellent, open source and very professional vector graphics software It’s what I use and I absolutely love it!

WOW! Amazing video! I think I will use what I learned in only 100 seconds to create small icons in websites that can be colored like text just by the use of color-definitions via CSS. One of the most useful videos I have ever watched on YouTube!
