I absolutely love her work outs... I started at 192 lbs. I am currently 134 lbs... No gym! 30 mins a day 5 days a week in the comfort of my own home ๐
I am so thankful to God for enabling me to do the walk home exercise during lockdown. I have lost 10kg and I have a testimony that exercise has good result in our health together with eating healthy. I suffer with arthritis and I have been told by my doctor that I have diabetes type 2 but after few months of walking at home, I have been told that I don't have diabetes anymore glory be to God for giving me the energy. I thank Leslie for being a good trainer and motivator.
I moved from 83kgs to 76kgs in a month..l coupled it up with having one meal a day in the evening, drank lots of water..l had high blood pressure starting off at 156/105 now its constantly at 120/85..one of the most useful videos l ever found on this platform

I've been doing it for 1 month. With intermittent fasting, I lost about 5 weights. I'm now starting a 45 minute walking series. It definitely works, don't be lazy and get started.

If anyone is searching thru the comments right now trying to figure out if this workout is effective... let me just tell you: IT IS! I'm down 20 pounds so far. I usually HATE working out but these walk at home videos are awesome. You'll definitely sweat but it's not so strenuous that you'll be in pain. HIGHLY recommend! Do this 4-5 times a week and see where it gets you!
I am a 82 year old fit great grandma. I started walking with you when you were on video tapes and played Christian music. I have over 20 walking DVD. Thank you for keeping me strong, healthy and fit.๐

This really works as long as youโre consistent. I was a size 12 and now Iโm a size 2. I did this workout almost everyday and drank lots of water. Only took a few months and I lost 60 pounds. Leslie is very encouraging and her workouts are the only ones that have given me results.
I am 81 yrs old and have followed your 30min walking exercise since Thanksgiving Day last year and doing it 6 days/week. I may be a second or two slower in some of your numbers, but in general I am able to keep up with your fast pace. It is helping me greatly, esp. with my balance/equilibrium. I thank God for your exercises to help us stay fit so we may live a more productive life. Keep up your good work.

This is the healthiest and safest way to lose weight. I've been working out with Leslie since June 18th, and I have lost 23 pounds without starving in two and a half months! I love these videos and how they motivate me to have a healthy body. I couldn't be more thankful! Update: I lost 30 pounds total in six months. It's been a year since I started, and I keep walking with Leslie, I am not on a diet anymore, but I haven't gained a pound since then. I feel strong and light today 9-5-23
