For discovery campaigns they generate a whole list of customer search terms. While one can look at negating some who cross a threshold of clicks or spend, what do you do for those which are in between 0 and that threshold. So you have an approach for negating on scale since of you have say 20 asins with broad and auto it can quickly build up to be a huge list
