Broke my proxy glass pipe 3 days after I got it … I was using the hell out of it. I absolutely love it. But Puffcos response email seemed compassionate and sincere . Great device, as far as it goes. Hidden costs though, as I discovered today after my warranty claim was rejected on the basis that: "While our team's goal is always to help, please understand that we are only able to offer replacement chambers within 30 days from the date of purchase. The chambers are made to be replaced periodically and our customers report getting 1-3 months from their chambers on average with some longer lifespans being reported as a result of regular and proper maintenance.". So - at $60 a pop, that's an annual cost to operate (by design) of between $240 and $720. That's before you spend any money on anything that will alter your brain chemistry. I'd have thought twice before making the initial investment, had I been aware of this.

The bakery I work at requires payment in full to order cakes. I think that’s how all bakery should be. Should someone order a cake and not come pick it up it takes more resources and time to change the cake and then there’s no guarantee that that cake will sell…… most bakeries I’ve worked at waste 5 to 10 cakes a week. They don’t throw them in the garbage they take them to homeless shelters that is true for every bakery I have ever worked at.
