Hello????  It's amazing how little finance people know.  The U.S. labor force participation rate was 62.5% in March 2025. This means that about 62.5% of the working-age population (16 years and older) was either employed or actively seeking employment. This rate has remained relatively stable in recent months.   So maybe somewhere in the 37.5%?
