Eliminating snacking is the best thing I did for my health. Now I realise I was just munching out of boredom.
You'd cringe at my gut.π¬ I'm working on it! So many changes. It's overwhelming. But, the taste buds DO change in time. Don't crave junk and processed garbage anymore. Clean food is what I gravitate to, now. My only problem, is that damn sugar!π I'm a fiend for it. Some days I'm able to resist. Sometimes, not. I pay for it, EVERY SINGLE TIME.πππ Subbed. Thank you Dr Janine, I am always getting on my mother about always eating after π and eating late at night because she always have gas bloating, and heartburn, she finally started listening and she has improved quite a bit along with improving her diet I have also added acidophilus, and she is doing much better. β€
I agree with what you said except a put eating after dark . People have different schedules.. and live in different climates .
Finally, a doctor that's not only trying to sell us drugs.

You say to stop snacking but thatβs not all true you can snack if you want but donβt snack unhealthy or to much because if you snack in 2 donuts thatβs not to good for you but say your snack on things like blueberries and grapes thatβs good if you donβt eat to much of it a good snack I do once a day is about 96 calories itβs 20 blueberries, 3 tomatoes, and 5 grapes. That snack has a lot of fiber meaning it will keep you less hungry for longer! Enjoy your snack! π
