Thank you so much. Last year in student clinic I was suggesting quercetin foods for clients and had no idea that capers and elderberries were very high in it despite the research I had done. My only question is what about the sodium in  capers? Surely 50gms is quite a bit and since their mostly preserved in brine would it not be too much salt?
