@swayambhoir9740

All the schools should put this map too

@OrenTubing

Now i understand why they say Africa is an absolute giant

@f3reg169

Anyone who is surprised by this, has never seen a globe before?

@Masteroogway-e4i

1st map is the mector projection (I think that's correct spelling 🤔)
2nd map is real sizes of countries

@dral155

As a child, I thought why Greenland is not a mainland, it’s bigger than Brazil! It turns out this is how...

@204keditZ

I love how India is still the same size

@Vegitow

For those who don't know, the further a country/continent is from the ecuator the bigger it looks but on the 2nd image he shows the real size of the countries/continents

@Hello10a

The countries on the equator line: 🗿

@luciahelena3519

Brazil: Guys what happened?
Central & South Africa: No idea
India: Many countries just shrink into atoms ☠
Australia: At least we lasted without shrinking.
Indonesia: Yep

@bivuroy5844

Reason is the spherical curvature of Earth

@Mosinsarmory

Yeah it’s almost like it’s impossible to map a sphere onto a flat plane.

@manitw.4998

The map we’re all used to is the Mercator projection. It was used for sailors for navigation and it was accurate. Not for mapping land sizes, though.

@MangeshSiddhi-cs4mz

kon lok Bhokat me school gaye

@cyberkushaan9999

For those who dont understand-

The 1st map was stretched into parts so we can see it clearly

@adithya.manoj_

India is more or less the same in size😂❤

@pratik_gehlot_8

India is real because it is not changed 🇮🇳

@KsunithaK-xu8mw

for those who don't understand the cause of this. When earth was formed, asteroids hit earth, then one time land started to crawl over the core. These forms a kind of plates called the tectonic plates. These tectonic plates cause this situation

@papipe_1

"Yeah Let Me Just Swim To Canada"
"Wait… SINCE WHEN IS THERE A GIGANTIC GAP BETWEEN USA AND CANADA?!" "Uhh… Since Always"

@dareal_Inkytube

@Rmm1722
