@areese240z

The President of El Salvador said "Sometimes they say that we imprisoned thousands. I like to say we actually liberated millions."

@AsmaTaj-ct5yy

3 things that instantly changed how people treat me: 1) I stopped chasing attention. 2) I read books on Atruve. 3) I stopped trying to prove myself to people who don’t matter.

@CharlesGoad-du1dm

What is really scary is how many military age Chinese nationals came across the open border.

@TB13AI

You might feel safer from criminals, but not from the government. It’s not just about one innocent man in jail—it’s about the kind of society we create when minimal evidence is enough to convict. Fear replaces trust, snitching becomes normal, and unchecked authority thrives. That’s not justice it’s a police state

@Absolute_Territory

I dont know who needs to see this, but the due process for immigration cases is checking citizenship or proof of visa. If they are not citizens the following action to be taken in the process is deportation. DEPORTATION IS NOT PUNITIVE, IT IS CONSIDERED CORRECTIVE. If someone is on your property unlawfully, the FIRST STEP is verifying ID, the SECOND STEP is non-punitive(corrective) removal from the property. Continuance of stay is what that makes it criminal and the individual in question then becomes subject to CRIMINAL process.

@Frexican54

They’re in El Salvador because the Venezuelan government doesn’t want them back. Why doesn’t the Venezuelan government want them back if they’re just “poor innocent people”???

@jackrockwell6698

Either America’s constitution matters or it doesn’t. You either believe in the separation of powers and the structure of our democracy or you don’t. You can’t pick and choose when the Supreme Court matters and when it doesn’t. It’s one or the other.

@amooooo246

“First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me."

Suspended due process is a slippery slope that is impossible to climb back up

@XHollisWood

Why are non citizens above our laws, yet insist on have our same rights???😮

@NoMersh

Joe forgot about the guy on his show who killed someone months after being on his show.

@SalAvenueNJ

This bothers me. The Roosevelt Hotel closed in 2020. These people are staying in the building that The Roosevelt Hotel used to do business in.

@Jae-rs5ws

Let's not forget that Mayorkas oversaw this invasion by illegal immigrants.

@franklegarda6510

Kelly Osbourne was the one that said who's going to clean your toilets

@marinaherrera9580

None of our government officials have been to Mexico to talk to my deported United States Marine Corps and Vietnam Veteran Father about getting him home. He was a "Texas Father" and grandfather before his deportation.

He was also deported because of an 'administrative error'. Both his DD214s stated he was discharged as a US citizen. He got into some trouble and went to prison, and 2 weeks before being released, he was informed about this administrative error and then deported. This was over 20 years ago. He served 5 years in prison.

@margaritacanas2402

As a Latina American citizen, I believe we need to close the border to keep out criminals, but we should not persecute individuals based on racial profiling. I came here legally and paid over $25,000 in fees to be documented. I pay taxes, speak English, and have fully integrated into society, without ever having been arrested. Despite this, I feel that sharing my opinion on this matter can sometimes make me seem like an enemy.

I have experienced severe vertigo and panic attacks, fearing that I could be taken away and sent to jail in El Salvador for something I didn't do. It is absurd to think that all undocumented people are criminals. This is similar to claiming that all white men are serial killers simply because one white man committed a horrific crime by killing five students in Idaho. Everyone deserves a fair trial and should be treated with dignity.

@johnglover5071

Due process doesn't mean a jury trial. Two judges ruled the illegal immigrant in custody was ms 13 and a violent offender.

@jackmannion143

The mere fact it's called an illegal immigrant should tell people all they need to know . Illegal but here means you committed a crime . Yes plenty of good people came here illegally but you don't get to jump the line regardless . If your a good person apply and wait to enter .

@bradsharpe9413

Big difference in deporting people and sending them to a upper max prison in El Salvador

@jameshinchman829

Remember tht time joe had a “falsely imprisoned” man on his podcast then they found a person in his fridge. 😂😂😂

@richvanorden7026

Talking out your ass again Joe
