I’ve been doing it the hard way. I use my own photo for the Lock Screen and use the photos edit feature to add text. In addition to my name I also include the phone number of the phone. Text can be placed anywhere on the screen.  This technique can be used with nearly any cell phone, including flip phones.

Tip: I titled mine as follows selecting the pin icon when naming my custom Focus mode. U may leave on all day, or only when u leave the house.
