“Your bald” being said to dr phil lives in my head rent free

@ryantreadwell2559

As someone who has had tourette syndrome for over 20 years, i think it's absolutely amazing we are finally represented in a series.

@melanienicole6714

aw the little brother defending her ❤

@jungletwiggy

I went to school with a kid with Tourette’s and I know he had another developmental delay with it but I don’t know the diagnosis. When I tell you he was the SWEETEST kid, and so happy all the time. And mostly everyone loved him no matter the clique you walked in. His usual tics I saw were race car noises while power walking the hallway and certain phrases with a sing song inflection, a few head tapping or knee tapping movements. Well one day… I witnessed the greatest moment of my teenage life. This girl who I knew was a bully was being very backhandedly “nice” to me and him as we passed her lunch table and after a short exchange of him trying to talk to her this kid deadass took his chocolate milk and dumped it all over her head and shoulders and he could not control the action. I saw him try to resist it for a second beforehand. He genuinely felt so sorry and apologized with his usual big smile. But the satisfaction of seeing that happen and everyone was so stunned (and secretly amused) he stood up to this mean mean girl. Even the lunch monitor let it slide. He was an absolute legend. Anthony, I hope you are living your best life out there.

Ps. A few years later I was subbing in my high school and asked that same monitor if he remembered that incident and he chuckled and said “I don’t forget justice” 😂 ❤

I love that the brother reminded the sister that she has a condition she can't control

@icarus6223

As someone who also has tourettes and ocd its rly cool to see awareness being raised :)

@Smalltowngirl23-v7e

I remember watching random YouTube shorts of her and now she has her own show, I’ll definitely be watching.

@GracieWagner-qx6ti

Coming from someone whos older sister has had tics, she has mainly motor tics, they get worse when she is nervous/upset. I never really noticed until around 9 or 10, that's when I asked my mom and she explained Tourette's. Even with these challenges she never let it stop her! She is about to graduate nursing school and apply for residency as an RN! I am so proud that she never let Tourette's syndrome set her back!! :)

@bannedmann4469

The doctor saying she shouldn’t drive might be right, sorry to say…

@Ace-of-Space-2

I fell in love with this girls soul. I have it and she is a great teacher to gi public for awareness. Awesome parents!!!!

@GrapeCheez2

I feel for her having to deal with her conditions everyday. Has to be stressful & frustrating. Looks like she has a great family who supports her & is understanding.

@totalnoobfishing1753

She can move to NYC and ride the subway......nobody will think twice

@cardinal4323

I really love this young woman, I am so inspired by her. So brave, courageous, strong, positive, smart, sweet, funny and beautiful. I am new to Baylen, she popped up on my feed a couple of weeks ago and I think that it's possible that she taught me that I have a few tics of my own, never ever considering it, even though I deal with OCD, anxiety, fibromyalgia and have now been diagnosed with ADHD. I have a feeling that with continued support, we will be seeing even more great things from Baylen and I am here for it! Blessings to Baylen and the Dupree family (how amazing are they??) as well as everyone who reads this :)

@kwazzik5453

Aww.. love how the brother mentioned that to the big sister😂
This is a really INTERESTING series.

@lillystoddard3532

We love Baylen thank you for letting us look into her life !

@majestic-1

I've been watching Baylen for a while now. she has such strength and courage! if anyone deserves a show on TLC , she does . I have a lot of respect for her parents as well they're so kind and patient with her ! I think it will bring awareness to this unfair brutal disease!❤

@AllAmericanStudio

The stepmom HATES the kids. 😂
