As somebody with a massive sunburn right now, that photo of skin cancer is true horror.

@ethanedwards152

Did anyone notice there's a plant growing out of her shoe? It's in the background.

@MegaMementoMori

Being outside and exploring the world excites your curiosity while free radicals excite your electrons :D

@pinkjunkie89

As ever, I really enjoyed this. I'm one of those people who never burn, and this is due to me having the genetic condition, neurofibromatosis (type one) I don't understand why this is, but it is commonly the case with people who have it. We often are also vitamin D deficient too, from what I understand of it our skin cant absorb certain parts of the sunlight properly; resulting in the deficiency and the lack of sun burn. Neurofibromatosis type one is a mutation of chromosome 17. It can cause a host of problems, i'm long term disabled due to it; but the ability to tan well is a silver lining. Tho we do still have to be careful in the sun as the cancer risk is still there and slightly raised. So only a thin lining on that cloud. Anywhoo, great video :)

@Shiralkian

The moment I start to notice a kind of "itch" in my skin from heating I take it as a warning that I should get out from under the sun.

Also, that shoe-plant is pretty cool :D

@katherinerichardson2273

even when I use sunscreen properly I still get burned!

@hi.241

I'm never going out in the sun again

@greenbeevideo765

This was fantastic! Something new to tell the kids I lead at day camp when they are being stubborn about reapplying sunscreen :)

@mar__k

I thought sunburns were harmless and only painful. Now i'm sunburned and freaked out!

@ShoyuRamenBreakingBad

So my arms, shoulders, and back are filled with billions of dead, decomposing DNA. Id like to unlearn this please.

@ilovekylermurray

if you really want your sunburn to go away, add coconut oil on the parts that are burned. not only does it make your sunburn go away quicker, in relieves the pain also.

@luisperez2275

I have a sunburn

@felicialove8619

I was led here for an assignment in my Body Structures and Functions class. Very interesting!

@Myrkskog

Long t-shirts all year round. Should really move into the arctic circle.

@clowntub5070

I've only got one sunburn and it was only hot, I was outside for 5 hours on a clear day in the middle of summer.

@Gigisclaff

what causes ingrown hairs? what causes cysts?

@justa-vibe7842

lol I was playing flag football for a championship yesterday but we had a playoff before and a hour break in between. In the beginning it was foggy and raining then, suddenly the sun popped out and now I'm burners to a crisp

@baicamarian

i never get sunburned , i live in a very sunny country , so in summer i always get 60- 80 hours in the sun and i get very tanned

@56independent

My skin never peels. It just reddens.

@aliciagates1

Is peeling the skin off of a sunburn when it starts to peel really bad for your skin and if it is, why?
