Which model generated your data in S3? What if your S3 data was from OpenAI (generated) and BedRock is using Claude as base model?

Can Amazon Bedrock knowledge base perform logical thinking? For example if the knowledge base contains information stating that a planning permit is required for construction of a garage for any land which has less than 300 square feet. The user prompts the question asking if they need to obtain a planning permit if the land is 700 square feet. How can amazon bedrock knowledge base respond saying "no" in this case?
