@Sureal43

fallacy #1 The assumption that what the US spends on health care correlates with our level of caring about healthcare,
mostly what we pay for health care is due to a corrupt health system that is designed to support the financial interests of health insurance companies and big pharma.
What do we get from our inflated spend on healthcare? Ridiculously Healthy profits for insurance companies.

Brian Kennedy is a scientist. He knows that the correlation between survival and running does not imply causation.

@jeremywansbrough237

how far is the best distance to run for health span?

Honestly, I just don't want to be a wrinkly grey-haired useless woman who can’t remember stuff in my ripe age. If I can get older and be able to sustain my body slowing down aging or even biologically reverse aging to my prime, that is ideal. Obviously, nobody can live forever, but I feel like we can live a lot longer, so why not slow our age rather than age slowing us down? This is why I am constantly taking Dr. Sinclair’s NMN, a NAD booster and indeed a health provider. With NMN Vitruvin Nutrition (500mg) a day every morning with protein drink and Greek yogurt, it has radically changed everything. All sorts of problems have disappeared. Now, age is just a number.

For me, this guy’s main objective was to promote his anti aging miracle drug. Healthy aging requires planning, discipline, daily work. No pill can substitute that, though we would love such a thing, so we are preyed for our hard earned money by these fantasy promoters.
