A good friend of mine Alan Merril joined vocals with Steve Gould to form Runner. RIP my dear friend. A great talent!

@jwsuicides8095

Good to see others appreciate this.

@navawilk6443

How can there not be more coverage on this AWESOME band????? This leaves me highly baffled!

@shawngilbert4900

Excellent song, group, and album

@mortis5150

Great song! I like the way Sammy and Steve Perry sing the chorus on Sammy’s version.

@markuslinten8414

Super Song, auch nach über 40 Jahren!

@54swordfish

I found this album in a Georgetown album store back in the early 90's.  I liked Rare Bird and when I saw that Steve Gould was in this LP I bought it.  One of the best albums out from this group.

@susindustry

this LP is hidden Gold

interesting trivia here, from danger zone off of hagar's capitol catalogue and a sleeper for all you early hagar fans, just found this one. here is what happened was on axs tv, then watched hagar and friends, then searched for hagars ex wife betsy, found danger zone on wiki and here I am, funny

@Doobie1975

did Sammy Hagar do a version of this song sometime around 1980?

@cs292

Have you heard "the night begins to shine"....?

@DeanUSAman

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Runner_(band) A sort of super group... featured Steve Gould (Rare Bird) - Alan Merrill (Arrows, he wrote "I Love Rock &Roll"...) - Mick Feat (Van Morrison), and Dave Dowle (Whitesnake)
