I can't believe the majority of her hair had to be cut off. Surely there was a detangling mixture to save the day. Luckily hair does grow back. Her bob was cute.

My daughter had bunchums stuck in her hair so badly. I used Aussie ten minute miracle. It took a lil time but got it out. Also very tangled hair. Patience the right product and person to help!!

The fact you wouldn't try and detangle it fr to save her hair is crazy. I'm a stylist too and I'vedetangled 2 years of matting before, conditioner, and some combs/paddle brushes would've done it girl

I client of mine decided to wash her rod set ( w/added tracks) in the shower without detangling first. She calls me 9:00 pm in a panic because her head was one big dread lock. Took me to 3:00am to comb her hair out but not without some serious tumble weeds on the floor. She learned something that day.

I think a detangler or using a leave in conditioner after dampening the hair could have prevented that huge cut. That hair could have been saved, (even though the mid-lengths dont look that healthy.)
