Omg your mom made me cry! As an artist who quit her job last May and was pretty freaked out, my mom was supportive and this just reminded me of that. Shoutout to the moms who support their artist babies. 😭

I love how supportive your family was! I had a similar experience in my early 20s and getting laid off from my dream job was the worst but when I think back to it, it really redefined my goals and purpose in life. I definitely had the whole WHY ME?! breakdowns but it really pushed me to be more fearless and just try things I always wanted to try. This is just a little hurdle- and I know you'll get through it and find your next big thing!
