I thought this was actually a beautiful and grace-filled message. Very helpful. My relatives told me over the years that my great grandfather, who was a Russian Orthodox Priest, died with a big smile on his face. I felt he saw Christ as he passed. He was extremely devout. Living a spiritual life can help us live and die in so many ways! He was only 42, life cut short due to heart disease. But no bitterness. Only a smile❀. Thank you.

@archanakamat8351

Everyone speaks about living life happily but no one speaks much about dying gracefully. Thankyou Sadhguruji for the knowledge you hav given. It makes you stronger from within. And my fear of death is vanishing away 😊 πŸ™πŸΌπŸŒ·

@BrigittaMeier

I saw so many people suffering because they don't accept the nature and hold on to a body who wants do die.
Thank you Sadhguru, you spoke the essencial about life and dead.
May we choose the greatful dead.

@ThomasSpearman-g3y

We live, we die. But if we die our end will be determined by how we lived. Totally agree with Sadhguru. When we give up our body to death to accept a new life, what's the problem?

@ramaraocheepi7847

Sadguruji splet the subtle message is that life and death is one packet.So dying gracefully not miserably sounds profound .Greatful to Sadguruji.

@Omm3693

When people are going on a holiday trip somewhere they are planning ,excited,ready for the adventure.Why not death be the same.

@sanjaisai8418

Body is the dress of life.. the last thing is for the body, not for life. Life is continuous in different bodies. Life does NOT dies..We do not die. We change bodies same as we change clothes... Thank you...

@SrinivasanK-lw1db

A simple yet great explanation about life and death. Superb sadguruji. Namaste.

@RiddleRealmUnravelingMysteries

Realizing that we are mortals seems to be the pinnacle step to understand reality in this generation, unfortunately, something that is so obvious is not really obvious, and we are oblivious to this fact and end up creating a mesh of confusion in life. "To be", is the ultimate goal , I hope I will "be" one day and look back and wonder why did it took so long to " be",which is supposedly be the natural state of life but distracted with everything and forgot to " be". That is death, knowing death while living is a great boon we all need to strive for, which is the reason we are here this long.

@wesgraham2262

Live in a state of love and compassion. Forgive others no matter what they did. Holding onto bitterness and resentment will only harm you, not the other person, and will anchor yourself to them in the next life so you can have another chance to resolve the situation. Forgive now, let go and move on in peace.

@nvchecka

one spiritual process = experience true nature of life within = to die peacefully

@joefernandez9729

Many people may be upset by the thought that they may no longer "exist" after the body returns and Mother Nature on Mother Earth reclaims it. If we don't think about whether we "existed" before birth, we should not worry about "existence" after life. When the electricity flow through the body stops, life ends. The spirit, form of feeling which permeates everything, remains separate matter.

What to do if they've been in constant pains all over body, inside and outside Due to multiple Cancers and spreading Cancers and Much more

@chuckraymond9829

Consciousness itself is never changed

@Ritza.Elefteria.Michaki

Moment of death, believe me no one is really prepared by how and who is arriving to take Us.

@nereshanaidoo4226

An absolutely profound explanation that clarified many of my questions and dismissed my misconceptions. Thank you & god blessπŸ™πŸΌ

@ososouki

We are all prepared for die as we are prepared for living. A joyful life is what makes the difference and that will make you smile at the moment of the last exhalation.
Thanks Sadhguru

@sujatadamawale8593

Smile while u r dying is actually difficult, so its better to keep smiling while living whatever may be the situation this happens only if we r spiritually involved.

@user-James1700

It is very important to touch upon that true essence of who you really are, as Sathguru described so well. A great teacher who is vitally needed.
