As a person who get tanned and get sunburn at the same time its sad😢
Yeah my friends are all pretty pale so they get burnt and I never understood why but I assume that it was the fact that I’m naturally darker than them and I always get really dark in the summer.
i’m so pale omg all my friends bully me in the winter and call me casper the goust but in the summer i burn a LOT and tan A TON. and then they all get jealous bc i’m more tan then them.
I just moved to Florida and got my first good burn after taking my nephew out to the pool… not me breaking off the aloe every hour to run on my arms XD I burn after 5 minutes, don’t ask me why I decided to stay out for an hour and a half without sunblock
Simple. You sunburn = cool/pinkish undertone You burn then slowly tan = neutral undertone You tan easily = yellowish-olive/warm undertone
I was genuinely curious about this and this is the first video I’ve come across that isn’t weirdly political so I appreciate the vid 👍
Thank you for this information so, is the damage less because I tan than if I burned?
I've been trying to get a tan for so long xD I was building a large pond in my mums back garden all day mid summer for almost a week, noticed blisters on my back during the 1st day and on the 6th day it was almost destroyed. Fairskin haha
I hate sunburns and sun tans. I don’t like going outside in general because I find the outdoors boring. (Not sorry outdoor worshippers) If I have to go outside when traveling or doing errands or going to fun indoor places, I try to cover and reduce being outside as much as possible. I never will understand the hysteria of wanting to be tan. Tanning or having a tan is not my thing.
Me who gets tanned and sunburned both at the same time 😢 crying in the corner
Can’t imagine being harmed by the one thing responsible for my existence. Y’all be safe tho.
Iam black so I don’t tan or burn 😊
I know from experience if you want a tan don’t risk it because in order to get something you need give something and for me it’s my pain tolerance
I have pale skin but never get sunburn nor tan and i never wear sunscreen.... Instead my skin get brighter and glow in the sun. And I'm still wondering why?
I dont burn even if i havent been in the sun for a long time. I have a natural olive tone to my skin maybe its just genetics too
I as a young mixed raced black women (French, German , Irish) heritage AND have eczema I burn 😅 horrifically and peel just as bad I just avoid super hot sun like my life depends on it because…. Well it does 😂😂
im swedish and never get a burn only tan

I don’t understand. Tan is better than a burn, right? It means less sun damage, right?
