I worked with this video to create a component more quickly than other videos have come across earlier. Thanks.
option key = alt
This is way better than the new updated 2020 version.
Compare with use retangle as a button, it's better to use frame as a button, it's much convenient to adjust center text alignment
beside seeing it on left panel/ layer panel, how to see the label on canvas? (i.e. double diamond) see 4:30 in video
the fact that the line height/text bounding box doesn't allow the text to be optically centered when hitting align horizontal & vertical is an issues i hate. I shouldn't have to nudge things to get them centered. It would be better if figma would use baseline height to align text within a object instead of using line height/text frames
When I create an instance of the master button and I edit the text on the instance, I can't move new text or adjust new text's x and y to center it. What am I doing wrong?
Creating Instance 4:48
what is the options button for windows ?
awesome video..plz do more videos on figma and design eagerly waiting ...thanks for making such amazing video
how to select both button and background at same time
dear figma the link you provide for the playlist is wrong.
Option key is a MAC feature. The windows key to drag and copy is ALT
can y'all add the variant video to this playlist too?
I really wish you could set min widths and height.
Thanks a lot! Cheers!
3:20 wait how's that optically centered, when even first letter is lower than horizontal axis of symmetry?
Is alt + mouse drag use for copy
How can I separate text and background from component ? if I don't need those two thing to become component.
