Path which i follow in corporate:

1. Whenever anything assigned to me i ask many questions around positive and negative use cases of flow of business before jumping to code.
2 I divide my code coverage in available days including buffer time to manage surprises in development which always comes πŸ˜….
3. Always listen overseas project managers,customers and clients. And learn new vocabulary which improves my communication and confidence.
4. If i feel any blocker i bring entire team into it so that if they can help in time . I always make sure that i am not seeking for spoon feeding.
5. Work will always going on, better keep some time for gym or activities not only for physical health but mental wellness.
6 i try to help my juniors specially coming from colleges. It gives me inner peace bcoz i feel like giving something to community back which is eventually helping in growing my network.
7. I sit with senior developers and try to help them, believe me this is a rapid way for learning.
8. At last i keep in mind my job is only for earning money not more than that. So no pressure and enjoy every moment.

I cannot stress enough on the fact that how underrated your channel is. I mean it. Nobody talks about these things nobody talks how exhausting corporate jobs can be. How they can hamper your mental health. Right now I just completed my 12th standard and I suffer from hyper anxiety and depression, I sometimes even think of ending my life. But looking at you gives me hope that one day may be one I too may be able to make it.

@massivebeats8041

I attended an interview on July 31,2023 for the role of PADA and again I got a re-communication test on November 09, as a part of the India campus recruitment process, but I haven't received any communication yet. It's already 11 months from the date of my interview while results of subsequent dates have been released and further procedures are completed. Could you kindly assist in resolving this matter? Your attention to this issue is highly appreciated.
