How do I restart one of these boilers? Last night my radiators were hot, today they are not coming to temperature at all... Not sure what could be the reason. I was hoping resetting the boiler might help

How do I adjust to make the water hotter, Eco mode is on and set at 60 I think. But when you have a bath we don't have to put any cold water in, we want it hotter for a bath can I adjust so it's hotter.

I have this boiler around 2 years old eco mode turned on and it takes around 2 hours at least to heat the water sometimes 3 hours. Is it normal in eco mode? To be honest it's a bit frustrating waiting for so long for hot water. Thanks
