ACTUALLY, not a bad movie ! Banderas is way past his prime, but delivered a good performance.
0:10 that kick genius intro though
this movie makes you think about life, your life as a species. the movie is narrated to be as natural as possible to make it closer to reality.
Now that he has entered the magical 50's I think we can expect much from Banderas. As long as he can accept his age (imho it's a very important part of an aging actor that he doesnt try to cheat his age-look artificially, or else he wont be able to focus on the performance of their role.. there are exceptions... like Mickey Rourke (but success came after the plastic surgery crisis... when he accepted his age..)) he has the potential of entering a level of even better acting skill. I am very looking forward to future Banderas featuring movies.
This looks to be either really good or really really bad
As far as self aware A.I movies go, this looks pretty good!
This trailer made me go want to re-watch I Robot
It's waaay better than I, Robot, and almost on par with the atmosphere Bladerunner.[VERY GOOD ATMOSPHERE] Banderas CAN act but he has a speech impediment that would not be noticeable if the film was in his native tongue. He holds up the film EVEN with the impediment, to the point I did not even notice there were no unrealistic, CGI mecha fights! Other than that, this is a companion piece to District 9! The ending shot, PERFECT. Especially for the open-ended, dreadful/optimistic story and mood for which the plot was heading. Deffo one of the better SCIFI films in years!
Banderas to his agent: I want to be Harrison Ford in Blade Runner but I can't speak English. Agent: No problem. We'll do it on the cheap. Banderas: Gracias.
I need to see this movie.
Now this looks worth watching!!!
Sounds creepy -- I like it.
nice movie it will be.
Looks pretty cool!
We need to seriously stop trying to make a machine able to think for itself. It is unlikly to see us as worth having around.
nice movie from Bulgaria
Love that guy's clear jacket, reminds me of Ghost in the Shell and Blade Runner.
This movie was very deep. The idea of the machines taking over is a trope for sure. But this take has the machines taking over not out of evil or malicious intent, but rather a dying world causing the extinction of men and the machines being the only thing that is left.
yeah it seems a movie with more stuff than we think. i really wanna know if it is asimov inspired. very good to see banderas is in it.
