You know it's been a problem.... when your pissed that there's an answer
I’m a pipe fitter of 20 years and I was shown this about 10 years ago…changed my life.
Never too old to learn, as long as you have the backbone to admit we cant all know everything. Respect!
22 years as an electrician and you just blew my mind!!!!!
You mean to tell me for 40 years I've been drilling wrong? Ain't no way.
Works with an arbor that has enough threads for 2 hole saws. Not all arbors are created equal
"now, I don't know how many times I've drilled the wrong hole"
I think this is the most helpful thing I have ever seen on YouTube
Now go from a bigger hole to a smaller hole…….noo way!
Great!!!!!!! Now I have to live with the memory of fixing all of those holes the hard way. I was perfectly happy in my ignorance.
Brother, I agree with you, we all have drilled wrong holes.
depends on the hole saw. not all have the extra threads
What!! Noooowaaaay!! Now you got me saying it a lot! Lmao
Damn. I work with metal and never seem anyone do this. I too have had to try to die-grind holes while maintaining a perfect circle.
Learned this trick 30yrs ago building specialty vehicles. It has come in handy more than once.
I can't believe you didn't know this😮 And im just a 22yr old backyard bricklayer 😂😂😂
I've done this so many times that I literally thought that it was common knowledge to use this trick 😂
Have you seen the reverse switch for when you make a hole too big fixes it right up 😂
I figured this out 30 years ago when I was a door installer. Some existing deadbolt bores would be 1 1/2", but the new lockset includes a deadbolt with a 2 1/8" bore. What a lifesaver it was.
