If it worked for you do this(So This Issue NEVER Happens Again): Exclude the game folder from Windows Defender Open Windows Security → Virus & Threat Protection Go to Manage Settings → Scroll to Exclusions Add your Game folder and enjoy :)

I accidentally removed it instead of restoring it and now I'm stuck Edit : I just downloaded the steam_api file for the game and now it's fixed without reinstalling the game (Read my second comment so this issue never happens again)
