Gotta love a museum that lets you get right up to the artworks.
Love flying ✈
From this aircraft to walking on the moon took about 32 years.
Beautiful airplane, I work for Fairchild aircraft for 14 years but that was a long time ago
Amazing! Love it
i keep loving your video’s and posts man!❤️ i thought i knew much… but now im watching you videos i know i dont know much🥹
Art in flight.
Why yes.👍
I hope you do more shorts at this facility. There was a Fairchild 22 C7D based at a local airport when I was in High School and a C7G with the Warner Super Scarab 145hp based in the local area, I think it was featured in a magazine in the late 70's or early 80's. The Fairchild 24 parked next to this one was a development of the 22 when the company wanted to develop a closed cabin airplane using many of the 22's parts. I didn't catch it in the video but I believe the fuselage tubing is square instead of round like used in most steel tube airplane construction.
Is that singing in the background (before the airplane took off)?
This is the plane I look at as I build my Pietenpol 😂❤
It has similar lines to the German WW2 Fiesler Storch..
That fan, hanging from the ceiling, is it actually doing anything?
Oh man! Is that cool or what?!
Is this in Hagerstown by any chance? Edit: nevermind, it is.
