“I don’t know a lot about Korean history”
Proceeds to give me a history lesson

@scl1332

James: “idk much abt South Korean history…” proceeds to give an in depth look on the society of South Korea in the 80’s

@Kuchen_Dienstag

How are 50 soldiers not able to kill a few zombies, while one man can manage to literally kill 6 on his own

@bigjdcvg6262

James: Shes the first zombie we see fully in action-
Deer: Am i a joke to you?

@yumisayama4110

14:51 "Animated films are films too, ya know?"

THANK YOU!!

It seems that, much like horror films, people don't really respect animations.

It can be really seen with a lot of awards, but I think it was most apparent when the Oscars pretty much decided to create a whole new category for animated films after Beauty and the Beast almost won best picture.

I mean, it's easier to create a whole new category, than to simply acknowledge that a "cartoon" can sometimes be better than "normal movies", right?

It's really nice to know that James also appreciates and respects animation.

@ronibopshop

omg crying during a kill count, remembering this movie.

@okumurax8839

Me: saw the live stream edit a few days ago
Me: deep inhale ....... "I'm okay, I'm ready for this, I won't cry."
The narrator in my head: "That was a lie. This person is a big fan of Gong Yoo after watching "Goblin: the lonely and great God", and is, in fact, not ready to see him get hurt in any way."
Me: watches the ending with waterfall tears in my eyes.....
The narrator: "this person plans on rewatching Goblin next week."

@thecreepers3478

Everyone know that the villian of this movie was Yon Suk not the zombies

@anunregisteredgdplayer624

I love how james isn’t only kill counting but also doing recaps

@luvaboy420

i wanted to give su-an a hug so badly, that kid deserves the world

@MasonTheYoung

In hindsight it’s incredibly funny, and depressing, how confident James was that he was gonna do peninsula next

@inaya9804

I've never cried watching a kill count but man... this shit is heartbreaking

@captain_inglorious

One day my English teacher played this before we went on Thanksgiving break. The whole class cheered and applauded right after. We did an analysis on the movie right after and it came down to it being about Class. Such a great movie. We all loved it! So glad our Teacher was an horror enthusiast. Thanks, Mr. Smith! Also his wife was a Korean

@abinavs9136

Them not saying 'I love you' to each other is definitely a cultural thing
We don't really say that phrase to our family members as much as western countries

@dragonthehero

24:44 me when i'm supposed to take this scene seriously but the song she's singing is also the name of a ship in an anime about an Elvis impersonator in space

@julzyahunter8419

Bro, Sang-hwa is a real one

@LVVRZZ

that ending of that movie where Soo-an sings that song almost made me cry man

@Tommy9111k

Asian people don’t show affection like that so that’s why there’s no “I love you”

@connort8762

Me trying to focus on James: I can do this
My ADHD Brian: The train IS  MOVING IT'S  M O V I N G
