hello can you help me? my plasma cut, pilot arc only works at low air pressure, 30psi. more than that, the plasma flame is intermittent, unstable, what do you think is broken?

Hi Mehmet, Great job, many thanks. I have a cut 40 (which I am sure will be very similar) . I am keen to modify it to add a pilot arc for cutting rusty material etc. Do you have the design for the PCB (or do you sell them?) and a circuit diagram (there seems to be a number of different versions of the circuits on the forum) together with the interconnection points to the cut 40/50.
