Actually. It seems okay. I know leaving soon sucks but I would rather get a chance to prioritise them and sometimes I don't get the option presented. It does seem like it easier to navigate.

This is a great redesign and update, in my opinion as a UX/UI designer. Moving everything to the top was a very wise design choice. Anything that gives us, the users, more precise information and makes it easier and more efficient to achieve what we want!
