"I thought about going for an all-perfect run"

Anyone who has ever played Rhythm Heaven instantly knew this was a horrible idea the moment it turned into a sentence lol

@TomFawkes

Jaiden needs a heart rate monitor for these speedruns. Both for content and so her friends can see the exact moment she has the inevitable heart attack.

@simplysquoddle

I love the concept of Jaiden having a littleJaiden running around trying to confort her when she gets too stressed.

@SillyIly69

I like how child Jaiden is just shorter modern jaiden, yet teenage jaiden is usually seen with a ponytail and a different outfit

@Patterrz

I could feel the anxiety during the Discord call section, they're having a casual conversation and you're having the fight of your life LOL

@MrOgone4ek

imagine there being a guinness world record for having most panic attacks on a Rhythm game

@DEV-gz2eu

I like how Little Jaiden has become her own character and has a physcial body that interacts with big Jaiden. Some of the stuff Big Jaiden and Little Jaiden do together is pretty cute.
Another great video with great animation.

@artsyebonyrose

"how does that compare to the world record? honestly not even close"

dude i know by speedrun standards 1 minute counts for A LOT, but realistically that's such a small ways off from first place! you were only a minute off!! that's incredible!!

@SummoningSalt

Can't wait to put you in a record history video Jaiden

@prismaticerror6911

fun fact! "the zone" is actually called a flow state! it's a well researched topic, it's that sort of feeling when your thoughts become more conceptual and you're just calm+focused on what you're playing (and you'll probably lose track of time). It can happen with lots of other activities too, not just video games! There's a lot more brain activity in different parts of your brain when you're in flow, highly recommend looking it up!

@ArcadeAssassin

Geez I'm impressed by the sheer amount of patience you needed to get through a single run, let alone get a record 💀

@fuzzythoughts8020

"Not even close"

You're 46 seconds off the world record. In a nearly two hour run.

You did fantastic.

@i-win

Rhythm heaven has extremely strict timing windows. It's not for the faint of heart.

@Alpharad

is it just me or is Jaiden becoming a rhythm heaven channel

@JilayaClimbs

Jaiden is such a good story teller that every emotion she described, I felt. So I was an emotional wreck by the end of the video.

@Totally_Altaria

Awesome to see the Rhythm Heaven series getting the love it deserves! Something that helps me stay calm during a high-stakes run (though, thankfully the stakes have never been this high, except on "Try For Perfect!" attempts.) is taking a breath in for four beats, and then out, in time with the song. Makes me feel focused and in-sync with it. Sometimes I time my breathing with certain prompts (like the spiders in Packing Pests) but I dunno if I'd recommend that ;^u^

@OZZ_BALL

‘Video game masochist’ is the perfect way to describe a speedrunner

@nicolesvariouswares

“I was still donking against them, but in a way that’s like I definitely didn’t donk perfectly” is a quote I didn’t expect

@TheRealGuywithoutaMustache

It’s really refreshing seeing Jaiden get more and more interested in the realm of speedrunning.

@brownhair72

I stay up all night knowing that Jaiden has been trying to double-tap A on the credits minigame to roll instead of pressing A and B
