15:53 this made me laugh out loud because I relate to this! When I was obese, I was so worried about going without food that I would vacuum anything in front of me with my mouth. It didn’t matter if I didn’t really enjoy it. In fact, learning to slow down made me realize that I actually don’t enjoy junk food and I focused on more nutrient dense foods. 🙌🏼 Thank you for this video Mae 🩵
