I have suffered neglect from your staff after weeks of effort to contact them via my account but got completely ignored. Seems to me the persons responsible either have so much on their plates now or just being overwhelmed. It has not been the best experience for me.

You say you want to help people, i have been writing and trying to contact someone in SIA website for 2 months and nobody replies back. I applied to renew my licence since 25.09.2019 and after 3 hole months my application was canceled with some phony claims that i didn't pay it , i asked to be canceled , i or my employer asked to be canceled. What is that all about ? My first licence came after 6 hole months , now 3 months later after i applied for renewal , after taking my money and no work for 3 months you guys cancel it. What a pile of horse shit. Thanks for the help and a Merry Christmas to all

I am hearing the same story over and over again with guards left without work because you take over 3 months to renew their licences. This is absolutely unacceptable. One can get a passport, citizenship, drivers licence and so forth faster than a sia licence. You say you are overwhelmed, however this has been the sorry excuse for years now and STILL you have done nothing. What do you big wigs actually do, sit around all day sipping tea? Do your jobs and get yourselves in order. You are a disgrace! A petition will be launched soon, thankfully companies are onboard, because we are absolutely fed up with your snail pace operations that are costing people their jobs!
