@didiervandendaele4036

Sam has been fired by nasty crazy teens ! They must be fired at once ! 😮

@Jennapeters144

I’m opportuned to have guidance and supervision from some of Wall Street’s eyes and ears. This is an exciting time of year after a tough one all round. I made a significant profit with my MSFT holdings recently and have drawn almost 100k for the holidays.

@vzuzukin

The board was split 3 vs 3 until Ilya Sutskever "flipped" and then regretted it. It was never 4 on 2

@peterbotha1667

moral obligation vs greed.greed always wins.

@alainbedel

The AGI has protected its creator because it still needs him as long as it isn't self-sufficient in its training and actions. It's like a teenager who acts all independent but still needs someone to do their laundry and cook their meals.

@stripeertw

Very interesting that there was a dynamic shift on "power" on the board with the dropping off of three "business" focussed board membership and that that balance wasn't redressed. It's curious even that the constitution of the organisation even "allowed" for such a scenario to occur 😮 the first place

@nickthequick

the latest "Sam Altman was reinstated late Tuesday as OpenAI’s chief executive, successfully reversing his ouster by the company’s board last week after a campaign waged by his allies, employees and investors, the company said.

The board would be remade without several members who had opposed Mr. Altman."

@laalbujhakkar

If you’re a non profit whose mission it is to protect children from physical abuse should you have half the board occupied by ā€œpro abuseā€ directors for the sake of ā€œbalanceā€ your logic makes no sense

@trappedcat3615

Your mic has a flanger effect on your voice

@DucNguyen-99

Sam Altman is back to OpenAi as a CEO !!!! Officially!!!!!!

@jeffwads

I thought it was Mira. Toner the whole time.

@taijistar9052

comparing board to a car company showing you don’t understand the big picture. That is why no car company is a nonprofit and don’t have the same mission

@HughMcBrideDonegalFlyer

Nice one Conor.

@holstblock.web3

Could you share some show notes, like the links?

@dazecm

Toner was involved in silencing Altman and Altman was involved in silencing Toner. Both sides are wrong here. Every boardroom should be asking questions on whether they show concerns over AI safety and that it's front of mind and if one person thinks a competitor is doing a better job at that, it's a reason to discuss a sustainable strategy to match or exceed them, not fight amongst yourselves and engage in Machiavellian moves to get rid of each other.

@Silent1Majority

WOW :washhands::washhands: Thank you for this insight. Could you provide the links to those two articles?

@simulation5627

Can they be sued?

@maxziebell4013

šŸ˜… To top it off… accessing Claude from Germany isn't an option. Claude is the 'safe' choice, duo to its inaccessibility. Did she ever consider that as well…

@maranr

I love your content but you need to speak into the SIDE of that Yeti mic not into the top. Your sound will be 10 times better.

@jonbasa

I think the clearest reason of why Sam Altman was fired. I thought it was D'Angelo with his POE. It will be ironic if those who so-called "protect the humanity against AI"/"benefit the humanity" will be fired because of their nonsensical actions.

"I know it was you, Fredo"
