If NIST protects non national security, which organization protects national security? Is that NSA?

Updating this is going to be a beast! Ugh. That's my empathy as a computer engineer. No. I would recommend updating the few libraries which are already called by millions of applications, and inserting your sandbox AQ solution. The solution needs Internet networking, challenge response, and other technical processing.
