I call this Tax Bill the "DODGE" since it dodges the major provisions that were promised, in particular, the "no tax on Social Security" which the $4000 credit will in no way cover for most people.

The promised elimination of income tax on social security benefits didn’t get included, so that is another broken promise. The additional bonus deduction for seniors is capped. Many of the tax cuts are temporary and only last 4 years before going away. Adds $4T to the national debt. Lots of people on Medicaid will lose their health insurance to pay for this bill.
