Hi Piyush,
Its a great video big kudos for the effort , Just to clarify I did an experiment of replication controller and found it manages the pods which is not created as part of replication controller , I had mention 3 as number of replicas and one pod is already running and applied my config instead of creating 3 new pods kube created only 2 which means it manages the already existing pods as well , so replication is not strictly bounded to managing the pods which is created as part of ReplicationController

* how to check the logs of a failed pod when the pod itself doesn't exist? how to find the root cause ? we canot exec into pod or see the log neither from k8 dashboard nor from cmd line via kubectl...cuz it qill say.. pod doesnot exist.
Additionally, when the pod restarts on its own, but twice n thrice or even more no. of time. How to find the root cause of this ?
pls ellaborate

In CKA exam, how are we getting yml file? Is there any reference we can refer during the exam?

Thank you for such an elaborate video, Piyush. Indeed a Great explanation. This time I have a few doubts 😅😅

1. How can we see the containers in the pod. Like I saw in the video that we can see the pods, deployments, replicationsets. but canwe do the same for containers? Also, does pod have limit for number of containers it can have?

2. in one of the previous videos and this video you showed us a way of generating a yaml file through the CLI commands (the dry run method). Can we do something like that for DockerFile as well?

@rootguru4u

just gr8
