I think the only realistic explanation for such little viewing is that maybe the people who really do need to see this video are in so much pain they can't type! In any case, I have rheumatoid arthritis, linked to my SLE, and I'm 23...it's pretty severe, but I'm willing to try anything! These position hacks are definitely something I'll try soon! Thanks so much for these tips. I have Still's Disease and have a lot of joint damage. People tell me so often that yoga can help me, but it's difficult to figure out how to do it with my limitations when so many routines have moves that just aren't possible for me. If you have suggestions (or other viewers) have suggestions for videos that have more accessible routines... I'd certainly welcome them.
