I usually use a daily discussion with my AI and I discuss the events of the previous day as well as my plan for the day ahead and usually go into a little bit of discussion on each aspect that is important and use that in order to reflect on my progress direction in terms of my goals and so forth, and this helps me to be accountable or keep accountability of my actions as Iām going on on a daily basis
