I really really wanted to put Windows 10 from my old PC onto my new PC but I couldn't figure out how to do it. Microsoft tries their best to force the new crap on you. Forced obsolescence.

sometimes a person may have accidently upgrade to Windows 11 because the box that says your PC is eligible to upgrade to Windows 11 has a small no thank you button at the bottom left. Someone may not see that and upgrade their PC

I actually installed Fedora 40 on one laptop and Debian 12 on another one. I don't do any editing nor am I a gamer, so I'm pretty much done with Windows. Well, except when I'm forced to use it like at work or school, lol.

Windows 11 is trash, windows 10 is... Bad. Windows 7 is... Outdated the kernel can be patched. But rather than going through the hassle of patching and changing kernel and the core operating system, I switched to linux.

THIS DEPENDS ON YOUR HARDWARE some MFRs dont have drivers for windows 10. My Nitro 5 is not able to run 10 drives from IME are broken same with audio drivers.

Or just install Ubuntu 24.04 LTS...

It sometimes doesnt work. My pc doesn’t allow rollbacks even through the original W10 OS is still in the drive.
