@maxyoko

What’s your biggest concern about moving to Germany? Let me know :)

@EuropeischeStimmung-mb6dw

German economy will bounce back sooner or later, just as it did in 2021, 2008, 1990, after major financial crises. Germany is third most diversified economy in the world, so even if some sectores were burnt to the ground, rest of economy is still going to work just well. Polish social-economics student here :D

@sergiolenoo

As an expat living here, I think Germans are missing one crucial fact. Germany is a export based economy, in a globalized and competitive world. Yet, they still behave like in the 80's, when their products where the best ones around with no concurrency, and they can have the luxury of treating the customers bad. The products here are great, but to be able to call German customer service garbage, it needs to improve a lot. From small stores to big companies, they treat you like you are disturbing them, and they are making you charity for sell you anything. It's outstanding how bad they treat the customers. And that's why people are buying from China (even inside Germany)

@MingdongYang

this why your video only gets this much views. you talk with logic and objectivity instead of inciting negative emotions that are useless to individual growth. massive respect.

@Sagar-G98

Germany is living in the past , No digitization at all .Yes there are struggles everywhere.But Eyrope has not created a 100 billion dollars company for last 50 years tells the future of Europe.

@Denamber-69

If you are not German-speaking and speak only English, there is no point in moving here and searching for a job. Even though everywhere is not as good as it was before - many countries give you more salary advantages with fewer taxes and bureaucracy and you don't have to spend YEARS of learning the language you don't really need

@manoA98A

Hi Yoko!
I will be moving in German in the 1st of July (I will follow your courses to reach at least level A1)
Thank you for this video!

@mohamadrezamirali9105

Many companies don't concern about the language, they prefer to hire just native German speakers and it is almost impossible to be as native as the German people are. Surprisingly, they expect you to be fluent in English at the same time 😅

@storyextract7742

The next video should be on migration and elections in Germany and its impact on the upcoming student.

@Mike_Wazowskii7

Why do I keep watching these I already lived here for a while and graduated and work full time lol

@dr.sweety

Vielen dank für ihre positive sichtweise❤

@janeesimone

I’m visiting Germany for the first time time this year!

@Spook7979

Looking at moving to germany for a masters, your videos have been a lot of help, prost!

@Arcturus-Great-Bear

Just subbed to you. I liked your non negative approach.

My husband was lucky to have found a German company that was recruiting in his country. He is there right now for technical training. He told me there are many people needed in Germany but they have to have the right skills the country needs. But since he is new there he dosn't know what skilled labor are needed. He also told me that education papers are important and have to be registered but the language is the number one important skill to have.

Can you please make a video discussing what skills are in demand right now in Germany and what about ageism? I don't want to study but find work there. I already have a masters from elsewhere in IT but I have more than 10 years worth of professional work done that's why I'm asking about ageism. Thank you very much.

@mc4105

I moved here with my wife as moving to the UK was going to be so expensive, thankfully she dealth with all the beaucracy which helped massively. Im currently learning the language. But finding work is nearly impossible and feels hopeless because the market is flooded with imternationals who speak either the same amount of German or are more qualified or are Native german speakers . 😅

@anilgawande4086

Informative video. Thanks Max

@giancomauro5259

Fun fact: I fit your example perfectly. I am a computer scientist at Infineon in Munich. Nevertheless, I watch your videos and find them all very informative for me as well. 😁
