Very nice overview and features! The voice input though is still a bit inconsistent to be fully useable (for example, it totally misunderstood the name of the image file you were referencing, which is probably why you had to regenerate it twice). Also, I can't wait until the vision feature is available for Claude 3.5 Sonnet, since that model is really good at generating code, so it would probably be very good at generating initial layouts from an image. Keep up the good work!

Why is copilot not allowing to attach a file using file selection dialogue or copy paste an image .... It is only allowing image file to be dragged from working folder?

When making a change to the code, it says the code is reprinting. The line that needs to be corrected should make changes. Why is the text that prints the entire code for a 1 line code change.

I still cannot instruct Copilot to do things like: "Rename all my classes in my SLN solution that have more than one public string property to have an Xyz suffix". Unless Copilot sees/knows all files in my solution I consider it as pretty useless to most of my scenarios 😭

Vs code insiders is not staying open It's happening from day before yesterday. That whenever I am trying to Open it it opens and suddenly closes. I don't what's the issue. So I tried to use the the old version(it worked) then I update it to lastest version but then the same issue. Can you please check

Even insiders preview is behind Cursor. All the top devs use Cursor. Catch up hard VS CODE! Work overtime. It’s buggy and lacking features and ease of use and documentation. Eg where is the video on the new MCP features ?

Pretty annoyed with the ravenous focus on AI slop features in recent releases. There's a massive backlog of feature requests and not a single one made it into 1.99 because it was entirely dedicated to something that actively makes sloppy unmaintainable code. Huge L.
