Great to see more Rimworld content! I would add as an ancillary to tip seven that another reason to take your time building nice rooms is because it's extremely easy to set up a large combined barracks, rec room, and dining room that will keep everyone happy while you carve out or build permanent bedrooms that are good enough to justify the time and resources spent making them, exactly where you want them. I cannot overstate how much my earlygame improved once I stopped being scared of the shared bedroom malus, stopped wasting resources building small single bedrooms I'd just have to rebuild or tear down, and allowed everyone to temporarily benefit from the furniture and art that would be going into their personal rooms later.
Please keep the guides coming! I just started Rimworld and they really help. As a new player, I am very guilty of placing too many workorders at the same time. Just as you said, nothing gets really done that way.
Great video waiting for the sos2 guide or the coming dlc video. just a little tip for double wallers enjoyers. let a fre cell between doors its faster and enemies dont get through if you need to fall back
Yes!! Keep ‘em coming ❤
With your setup of multiple smaller buildings, do you find that power demand is more hungry? While typing this, I just found out that hidden conduits are, supposedly, fireproof and raider proof. lol, didn't know it. Time to remove the spider leg walled pathways to my first base's aux power sites.
Wish they hadn’t abandoned it on console, but I am hoping to get the Steamdeck soon so I can play this again!
