Many thanks for the great, easy-to-understand tutorial and the prompts to try it out for oneself. I had a lot of fun despite errors with the sphere when the lettering doesn't start and end outside the image. 🙂 But it still worked with a bit of trial and error. Thank you very much!!!

Do you think the shading helps the stencil matte in some way? We use it but in the tutorial, but there's no mention why. Wonderful stuff, thanks for sharing!

Thanks for your great tutorial in this video! Is it somehow possible to do this transforming of the lettering that was created with an actual text tool instead of a pencil? I had tried it, also by converting the text to paths, but the option “replace spine” is then grayed out and not available.

My image keeps getting cut off, why? Doesn't matter if it's widescreen or square, it still shows no space around the type, takes it right to the edge and over.
